WHERE WE SHIP

Orders placed on www.healthyhaircaresystems.com ship to states within the contiguous United States, AK and HI.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Healthy Hair Care Systems is currently unable to accept orders shipping to destinations outside of the United States. 
We apologize for any inconvenience.

We use either Standard or Ground Shipping for all orders.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

YOUR SATISFACTION IS A TOP PRIORITY FOR US.

We will gladly replace any item that you order from www.healthyhaircaresystems.com that you received in damaged condition. Please contact info@healthyhaircaresystems.com within 4 days of delivery for your claim to be recognized.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for any other reason. 
If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at info@healthyhaircaresystems.com

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM(S) ARE NOT IN STOCK?

We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder
as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.

WHY DID MY PRODUCT ARRIVE IN DIFFERENT PACKAGING THAN I SAW ONLINE?

Due to Covid-19, sourcing of our usual packaging has been affected.  At this time some products have been bottled in alternate packaging that may look a bit different from what is shown on our site.  Be assured the quality of our products
will remain the same. Our standard and commitment to providing exceptional products is our main focus.
