place an order?

All orders can be placed through the website.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. USPS Ground orders arrive within 7 – 10 business days after your order has been processed. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. You may be subject to reshipping fees if your package needs to be reshipped due to inaccurate shipping information provided.

Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we would love to hear from you. We will try our best to find a resolution. Please note that all sales are final and are not subject to return. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us within four (4) days from the date you receive your order.

My package was lost, stolen, or damaged.

Healthy Haircare Systems does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.  If you have not received your order, we will confirm and provide the delivery tracking and confirmation information for the customer to further investigate.

Items not in stock or provided in alternate packaging.

We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.

Due to Covid-19, sourcing of our usual packaging has been affected.  At this time some products have been bottled in alternate packaging that may look a bit different from what is shown on our site.  Be assured the quality of our products will remain the same. Our standard and commitment to providing exceptional products is our main focus. As always our goal is to assist you in Loving your Healthy Hair!

Does my hair need to be natural to use your products?

Not at all!  Our products promote hair health no matter what state (natural, relaxed, colored, bleached, lightened, etc.) your hair is in. Your hair and scalp will love our products not matter what condition your hair is in or what style you choose to wear!  We want you to Love your Healthy Hair!
